New emoji are created using the Unicode Standard, a worldwide character encoding standard, and approved emoji are introduced to all devices once a year. Genmoji eliminates the need to wait for new emoji to be added to your iPhone each year. They may simply be made as needed.
Here’s how to make your own unique emoji on your iPhone with Genmoji. It should be noted that Genmoji is now limited to iPhones with Apple Intelligence, such as the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max or a model from the iPhone 16 series.

1. Launch Messages and start a conversation.
2. Press the smiley located in the lower left corner of your keyboard, which is your emoji keyboard.
3. Enter the desired emoji in the search field, such as “raven on a book.”
4. Click on Make New Emoji.
Based on your description, your iPhone will produce a number of new emoji for you to choose from. Once you’ve selected your favorite, you can use it as an emoji, a tapback, or a sticker by tapping Add in the upper right corner of your screen. You no longer need to wait for new emoji to be proposed, created, and added to devices by the Unicode Standard.
